Yesterday we went to Slappy Cakes for breakfast, a pancake restaurant where you make your own pancakes. There’s a griddle in the middle of the table, you choose what flavor batter you want, and they bring it to you in squeeze bottles.
Normal round pancakes gave way to experimenting with different sizes and shapes — my favorite was Paul’s signature in pancake form.
